You will speak directly with the Attorney. Not an intake coordinator, not an associate. The person you talk to is the person who will stand up in court.

We will go through your history, identify the options actually available to you, and tell you plainly what the risks are, including when the honest answer is a difficult one.

Within 48 hours you will receive a written case assessment: the relief you appear eligible for, the recommended path, the risks, every deadline that applies to you, and what it will cost. You will leave with something you can read again and show your family.

$300, credited in full to your retainer if you hire us within 48 hours. Payment is required in advance to schedule a consultation. The consultation in effect on the day payment is received applies to all consultation.
